A new Super Congress has been passed that is a violation of the Constitution and the Political System of the United States of America. Thirteen people, six from the Senate, six from the House of Representatives and the President will be deciding the solution to this debt crisis. It is set up so that the Congress and Senate will have no choice but to accept the plan this Super Congress comes up with.
The Political System has been changed and no citizen has cast a vote and no great debate took place in either the Senate or House of Representatives.
So what can we do?
First of all, spread the information, as Samuel Adams said,

Below is the email I sent to all three of my representatives (two from the senate and one from the House of Representatives). If you feel the same way as I do please feel free even copy and paste what I wrote, or write whatever feels right to you:
"Dear Congressperson,
The newly created Super Congress is unconstitutional and a violation of the political system of this country. It is your job, as an elected representative of the people, to speak up and stop this. It does not matter what crisis may be going on, there always will be one, the political foundation of this nation must remain intact.

I understand you concerns and greatly appreciate your actions. My only thought on this is: Committees are created by congress all the time, what makes this different from other committees.

Also, there are alot of other things that obama has done that must be addressed, such as using the White house in an AD and that is Illegal, he cannot use the White House in a political ad and that was passed years ago to prevent a President from gainning an uperhand during an election. He has also posted a Fraudulent Birth Certificate online at the White House website and this is a Fraud on the entire United States. I have personally looked at the BC and found things that all the Experts missed but everyone that has looked at it, has confermed that is is a complete forgery.
ReplyDeleteThese are only 2 items that need to be delt with and obama is doing more almost daily. Since Eric Holder is The United States Attorney General and is beholding to obama, he will nevel level charges aginst obama. So obama has no one to hold him responible for anything he does and Congress will never Impeach him, because the re afraid of Riots. It is up to us, The people, to do this and we all need to narrow are focus and find one thing that we can nail him on and give him no wiggle room. Obama, and other presidents, have done things that are way out of line, this is just one of many. This Super Congress isnt just another committee, this is a Congress. It has not been elected by the people, and has not even been debated about. Lezmia,you said that other sub committees have been created, but honestly I dont know how Constitutionally sound these committees are, how honest and unbiased they are. I have not looked into them yet so I simply do not know.
ReplyDeleteI agree that it is up to us the people to pay close attention and insist on our rights being respected and preserved. I believe that is it our responsibility, being citizens of this nation, to be familiar with the Constitution, our Bill of Right so that we KNOW when they are being violated. Since the average person, the housewife who is worn out after a day of chasing her kids, the businessman who is exhausted after a day at the office, does not have the time and energy, I feel like the least I can do it learn it for myself and share the process as I go along. I alone can not tackle everything, but I can share what I am learning.
And the cool thing is, other people start looking into these issues for themselves and sharing what they are learning. The ideas start to spread and grow.
I agree with you Lezmia, we all need to bind together and focus in on one issue at a time. Abraham Lincoln said, "a house divided against itself cannot stand." If there are many small cases they can easily be diffused, but if we bind together and focus in on one thing (such as this Super Congress), that force can not be diffused.
